PolyLevel® Injection Foam

Unlike standard fill material which can weigh up to 120 pounds per cubic ft., PolyLevel® weighs only about 4lbs. per cubic ft. The lightweight design of PolyLevel® makes it ideal, whereas denser fill material could impose an undesirable load on weak soils. PolyLevel® can support substantial loads despite being lightweight and provides greater lifting power than mudjacking.

PolyLevel® will not wash away once it is cured. In certain applications, PolyLevel®'s waterproofing properties can be especially beneficial.

PolyLevel® does not react with soil or moisture and won't leach harmful chemicals into the soil.

With PolyLevel® concrete repair, downtime is kept to a minimum. About 15 minutes after the material is injected, full loading of the roadway, foundation, or other structural element can typically occur.

The density and expansive force of the two-part foam can be adjusted to allow for a vast array of geotechnical uses. Lifting force can be adjusted by fine-tuning the chemical reaction that causes the foam to expand. An experienced applicator can factor in the weight of the structural element, the soil characteristics, and even temperature and weather conditions. Where water needs to be displaced, special formulations are possible.

PolyLevel® can be used in confined areas because the injection equipment isn't bulky. Even better, PolyLevel® is not as disruptive or messy as other slab and foundation-lifting techniques when it is properly injected.
