Our client had some concerns for areas that were pooling water on his back patio. One particular part of the curvy decorative border had sunk 6 inches and wedged itself against the brick.
Our Solution:
We used jacks to get any lift at all because the pieces were too slender to direct the foam to lift it in the way we would prefer. We lifted and leveled it out, and sealed all the cracks and joints along with the surface of the concrete to protect it from water in the future.

This customer was having issues with their concrete sinking in a few different areas.
Our Solution:
The Titan Concrete Solutions team raised their steps and walkway back to where they should be, along with the side of their pool and the concrete under their back patio. Then, we void-filled under the concrete in order to stabilize the remaining areas that did not need to be lifted, cleaned the surface of the concrete, repaired all the cracks, and sealed all the control and expansion joints along with the surface of the concrete to help prevent excess water from penetrating the soil below and causing the concrete to sink in the future.
